Forum Upgrade

We just upgraded our support forum to make it a little more user friendly, as well as increase our ability to add features to the forum in the future. What we did was pull phpbb out of the Mambo CMS, and now it is running independently. We hope this change will help us to continue to offer our users excellent support.
