RSS feed questions

I'm guessing that the rss feed is dynamically generated. I can add the feed to My MSN and see a list of all the links in a category, but if I try to grab the feed via magpie, it crashes with these errors:

Content visible to registered users only.

This is what leads me to beleive the feed is dynamically generated. My question then is how does My MSN or My Yahoo read this? How can I add my feed to my own personal page?

Ya know.... I bet the file size is zero when I spel the dang URL wrong thereby resulting in no file being retreived.
