has anyone got a solution to the flaky recipt checker on ver 2.1? it seems to have trouble with some sites and subdomains.

Does it work at all for you? Somone just had a problem and it ended up being the servers setup.

yeah it works, but i have my directory set up as a blogs directory and as such i get people trying to submit blogs from hosts like thumblogger and xblogz (both use subdomains) and the script cannot find the recipt, it works fine when people submit top level domains though

off the top of my head I would say ....... check the header return for some of the problem subdomains as the major ones probably are wildcard subdomains.

Sites that allow you to create blogs etc on a subdomain that is accessable instantly usually use wildcard dns.
