PHPLD 3.1 pr update tool

does anyone know a pr update tool for phpld 3.1 except that stand alone application?...the app isn't working for me(don't post saying that i did something wrong bc/ id didn't)

there is another on in the supporters forum. I thought you knew that.
There are 2 one that attempts to do it automatic which will only work if your hosting provider allows remote connections to mysql (dont know if it creates sql files locally or not).

The other runs locally on your computer also but creates a sql file for you to upload. This is the one that is only available in the supporters forum.
