$$ Custom Template Development Needed $$

Hi all -

I need to contract someone to develop a custom template set for phpLD v.3.1.0. I have mock-up images of the design I need. The design is light on graphics and empahisizes CSS for positioning and color.

You must have samples to demonstrate to be considered. I also require XHTML/CSS validation and the ability to render appropriately in recent major browser versions.
