Visual Confirmation issue

I've just finished my install and was attempting to add a site to test and was not able to see the visual confirmation:

Any suggestions?

Maybe somethings wrong with your GD library... not sure ..

Can anybody clarify?

You can view the PHPInfo for my server here:

It looks like the GD is good to go.

Did you select "use visual confirmation" in the admin section for link submissions when you set things up?
