Can´t submit site

Hi I just instaled version 3.1 all settings are on deflaut but when I try to submit new site via main page > submit link I alvays have this message : The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server cound not be contacted.Domain already exists in the directory. (site is ok, there is no sites in vaiting list ...)

Hello,

First it would be nice if you provide a link to your directory.
Make sure the link you are submitting does not send a 404 status header (or whatever else unavailable status) and that your server has activated allow_url_fopen (http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.filesystem.php#ini.allow-url-fopen) (check in phpinfo).
