This is the official voting thread for the February 2007 Phpld Directories of the Month contest.

There are a lot of candidates, so please consider your vote carefully. You can find a list of all the candidates here:

You can vote for 1 entrant in each category, to a maximum of 4 votes for all 4 categories. Please be sure to state what category you are voting for.

So, a typical vote might be:

Hey online dude just a suggestion it would be so much better if you could attach a poll. for easy voting. If phplinkdirectory does not allow 12 or 15 options i can set them to 15 on my forums so users have ease of voting .

^^ That was so obvious choice. But i feel voting poll would be a good idea, keeps votes anonymous and thats what voting is always about, keeping onces privacy and choices private.

I appreciate your comments. This is how the voting has been done in the past and I can't really change it mid-stream now that voting has started. Perhaps future votes can be done via poll, but it's too late for this one.

The owner of these unfortunately decided to bribe contestants who voted for his directories and templates, which is entirely inappropriate, IMHO.

Ironically, the owner of these casts himself as a reformer of DMOZ. The corruption must run really deep there.

Lol show me the rule where it says " No buying votes " , i will let you go with that, do you how politics really operates ? You think politicians campaign most of the time ? Nope they buy voters too, its the truth but since you cannot realize that its cool good luck with competition.

Next time IMHO right better rules for contests and votes.
