Admin Pannel Help

Ok I log in to the admin and i see all the top links but below it all is blank. I see a small spot where it says"Your installation is up to date, no updates are available for your version of phpLinkDirectory." and after that its like if you were to take a photoshop image and cut the rest off so you cant see it. Any thoughts on this one? Thanks

Make sure all your template/admin/ tpl files are there.

Which ones need to be there so I can check this thanks I think i got a bad download with missing files from the homepage of this site for some reason.
