Oh, thanks for your help mate but I just decided to expand the width of the menu bar to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience, I came back to delete this thread.

However, I have a new problem. :(

The sumbit form is damagd some how, have I forgotten to do something?

I would make the assumption your GD does not use Free Type.
This is something you need to consult with your host.

did you edit your submit.php, submit.tpl, or delete ANY ANY files or folders?
