Title problem

I've changed my directory title in /includes/functions.php as noted in this post: {topic not active} while this has worked it messed up the categories that appear on the blue bar below it. In addition, if you browse to a category, the category is displayed as the directory name and not on the blue bar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
