Page Rank shows N/A for all links - Solved

Hey,

First off, great product. Thank you very much. I have been searching everywhere and thankfully I found your site from hotscripts.com. You may want to consider posting on sourceforge and freshmeat.

At any rate, for some reason my page links all show N/A for google ratings? Any ideas?

Ok, I think I know what is going on. Google is forbidding me from using the ranking page. This is from google when I tried to send the url manually via the querystring in the pagerank.php code:

your client does not have permission to get URL /search?client=navclient-auto&ch=62147418112&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&features=Rank:FVN&q=info:http%3A%2F%2Fwww.real.com from this server. (Client IP address: 205.172.203.125)

So my knew questions if someone can help are:

I am developing the web site on a machine that is on a network that is forbidden. Eventually it will have a new home. Presumably on a network that is not forbidden. Is there a way to update the page rankings without having to re-submit them?

Also, is there a different url that can be used versus the default querystring in the pagerank.php file?

Any suggestions would be great.

That test is not relevant because the user agent is also important when sending queries for the PageRank.

This is strange anyway, but we didn't have any other complaints that PR is not working so it might be that your IP is somehow banned, although I never heard of something like that. You should try it from a different IP.

Ok I will test from a different IP address. My other question is when is the page rank updated? Is it just when the link is submitted or is there a batch process that i can run when i want to update all the links?

I have moved it to a new server and it is working fine now. I guess my IP was really banned for some reason.... perhaps some sort of check for that would be nice in the next version or so. Thanks .
