How to upload the big sql ?

I move my dir to new host...but i the sql db is 16Meg..always time out.
How to upload that such big sql file?

yep, you should not have any problems at all with using this.

i personally used it when i had to transfer my 400MB DB last year, and it ran absolutely perfect.
