how do i chage skin and where chould i download a good one?

There are no good skins, unless you do it yourself or pay $$$.

To change design – edit main.css (style.css), and templates/*.tpl

All of the templates I have seen for 2.0 include directions about which files need to be uploaded. 2.0 does not have a template changer so that is the way it is done.

The newer version 3.xx has a template changer and you upload the entire template directory provided with the skin and then switch the skin in the control panel.
