Moving subcats above the links

Anyone know how to move the subcategories above the links?

Yes.... but only in my own tableless template. Have no idea if it works in the tabled stuff or not.

Right now, the links are above the subcats. If you want to take a look at it, download the zip (link in sig) and email me at vkaryl *at* bytehaven *dot* com, and I'll send you the tweak.
