Question for David/experts- MediaWiki Integration into site!

Question for David....the siteadmin or anyone else who is an expert - how did you get MediaWiki Integration into your site!?

Did you use php includes and do you have to add any php include once tags?

plz just give me some tips (or bits of code :D if possible) to get me started plz....

thanks...i tried including it but i get the following

I will try and see the outputpage.php maybe i need to change a few things...

ok ive require once: outputpage.php
and i get

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wfprofilein() in /home/username/public_html/wiki/wiki.php on line 65
