more pages?

Hello,

I'm testing a new directory (PHP Link Directory, of course! :P ) and I would like to add more pages, for example guidelines and FAQS for webmasters to add their links. I have been seeing index.php, but with smarty I go some :?: Can anyone guide me for this? My directory uses default template (modified, is in the signature, if someone wants it, when i end it I may share it)
