It looks like you are on a windows server.
While phpLD does run on windows, you may not have realized that PHP runs much better on Linux. Running as CGI (as windows does) often causes problems. You'll need to ask your server admin about the session save path, but a much simpler solution would be to move over to a linux hosting situation.

Just to clearify, I was offering free help but considering I wouldn't have access to the server would mean more work, and that's what I would charge for.

If I had been able to log in and debug things, then it wouldn't have taken me long. When you add someone on top of that who I'd have to go through to make the changes for me, things could get nasty and thus doing it for free wouldn't be worth my time.
