Upgrade Problems

I have just tried to upgrade from 3.03 to 3.06........I am getting this error....
I have uploaded all files, run the install file and after that when i open index.php, it get

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: request_status() in /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/index.php on line 23

Make sure all files were uploaded and overwritten
