Can I use one phpld 3 license twice on same domain?

I want to purchase a PHPLD 3 license for 2 purposes.
1.) For my directory
2.) For making templates for PHPLD3.

So can i use one license for the directory & the same one on a sub-domain (of the same domain) for testing purpose ?

You will neet to meet the following criteria:
1) You list the url of all demos in your phpld login area
2) You do not sell links or banners on the demo
3) The demo needs to be in a subfolder, not a subdomain.
4) It must be clear on the demo that it is a demo
5) The demo must be your work (ex. you can't have multiple demos of other people's templates)
