Category not working

Hi

I'm new to PHP LD . i have installed phpld ver 2.1 well and also updated with a free template.

But am facing problem with Categories...
i can create Categories from admin panel.
and it shows directory categories in home page (http://www.thanveer.com). While clicking on category it will show "Page not found" :confused: !!!
Can you help me ...on what settings i have to do for resolving this issue

diasable seo in the admin your on iis
it does not support mod_rewrite
