PR checking

Apparently my server (at Hostgator) is disallowed by Google from checking PR. I noticed in this thread {thread no longer active} David mentioned the possibility of a script that could find the PR from a local computer and then update the db. Does that script exist?

I haven't found one in searching, but I do intend to work toward writing such a script in the near future (assuming it can be done). Maybe I'll put that into 3.0 as well.
