Newbie Question - Adding Logo + Modifying Pages

Hello,
I'm a newbie to this link directory script. I have uploaded it to my site.

I've uploaded it in its default mode and would like to change the look and feel to make it look like the home page by adding my site logo and changing the page background.

How do i go about this? Is there a particular template or php file I'm supposed to change? Please advise :D

What I say is not exactly, but can so some work. This is the way i followed to make my signature's directory design from a Wordpress template.
