Cant seem to find template file for certain area

Hey all, I was doing pretty well integrating my design into PHPLD... but I cant find where to change this one spot... (link removed, site is still Beta) Click on any category that has links in it... I want to change the line where it says.. "Links Sort by: Hits | Alphabetical" Anyone able to help me?

Crap! I deleted the original footer... thanks for pointing that out. Adding link to PHPLD now.
