If i purchase the $75 dollar package, can i install on as many domains as i want?

No, the charges are per domain, although I would consider giving a qualtity discount.

so the only difference is that with the $25 dollar one a link back is required? Can we still customize the footer?

Yes, as long as you retain a visable link throughout your site, you may customize the design all you like.
