Related Categories Mod?

Many a times we have seen in wordpress blogs and even in forums powered by vBulletin. When you post a thread, somewhere near the nd of the thread we see 5 related threads etc etc.

I was wondering if we can have or if we do have such a mod which shows related categories?

For example, someone submitting in category Top>>Shopping can be prompted to submit in other appropiate categories like Sports>>Shopping or Computers>>Shopping.....You know, something like related categories?

Let me know if there is such a mod!
