Error in submitting a link

Hi, I have made a directory http://su8.org . I have installed phpld 2.1. It was working fine before but now I am unable to submit link on my dir. When i subit my link it automatically gets redirected to index.php page with the following URL
http://www.su8.org/index.php?q=&I1.x=0&I1.y=0&TITLE=dfjraerh&URL=http%3A%2F%2Fnancy-health.blogspot.com&DESCRIPTION=dfgsgsdhgs&OWNER_NAME=sfhgaedhhhh&OWNER_EMAIL=dshhhhh%40dfrgfdhr.com&CATEGORY_ID=2&RECPR_URL=&RECPR_TEXT=%3Ca+href%3D%22http%3A%2F%2Fwww.su8.org %2F%22%3ESU8%3C%2Fa%3E&CAPTCHA=WQGWR

If this started out of the blue and you have made no changes contact your host and see if they have done any upgrades. That will give us a place to start troubleshooting from

There was an error n header.tpl coz i made the template. I forget to clode forum tag of search forum
