Yeah sorry for the confusion.
The error usually denotes a lower php version than what is required by phpLD.
However it can be changed if for some reason the php version is high enough.
Please create a file named xinfo.php in it place this

phpinfo();
?>
upload it and pm me the url

if you do the phpinfo as requested we will know not only the version but can see what is allowed and not however
Compatibility:
Tested on PHP 4.2, 4.3 and 5.0
Tested on mySQL 3.23 and up
Tested on Fedora, RedHat, Windows 2003 and FreeBSD
I personally run it on 4.4.4 and 5.2.1
