Want cheap PHPLD psd coder

1 - I want a PHPLD PSD template to be coded into valid xhtml/Css for v3.1.0

2 - Also want another PSD to be coded for all versions.

Please post/pm your price for both.
If the price is good, this can be a long term deal.

Basically I am looking for a coding tutorial but sad to find none such tutorial on this forum :(

you wont find a tutorial anywhere, because not all templates are coded the same, and takes way tooo long to write a tutorial for something like this, and I doubt anyone will take the time to write a tutorial this long for free.

I know not all are coded as same..

But a general coding tutorial would be a fine option..
I have limited funds and cannot hire a coded to make little changes everytime.. :(
