Error when trying to submit featured link

Hi
I got this error when trying to add the links as featured or regular when they are a paid service.

the error is on Payment progress.

this is the error :
Content visible to registered users only. An error occured while saving the link payment data.

I also have tried to upload the payment.php again and again.

please help me on this error.
