In a couple of days I'll have a tool that will allow you to update the pagerank for all the links in your directory by downloading the links table, running the tool, and then uploading the updated links table. I'll be charging about $10 for it (since it costs me money to get it for you).

Still, it's against Google's automated process.
I was going to be releasing one in PHP for free.
Strange...

That would be cool as well. The one I was going to provide runs on your own computer, which might be helpful in protecting your webserver. Can you tell us a little more, because it's not too late for me to call off getting this project completed.

Even if you protect your webserver, it'll still show the IP of the computer using it. Everyone stores your IP now days, so I would believe Google could put two and two together.
I would like to see a gateway setup, with a subscription service to allow so many to be updated daily.
What I was doing was a simple script, that you would integrate into the Admin and allow you to update certain Cats at one time. And on top of that allow you to choose how many at a time. So lets say, you select a certain Cat, then you choose how many 50 / 100 / 200 / 500 / all
It would then, check and see if it could use a normal manner, if not it would switch to an Alt using a gateway. As it would check, it would flag each link that was queued for that day, so the next day you could do 100 more and it would only update those that aren't flagged etc. It could switch back and forth.
Meaning this.
It would grab *limit*, where flag = 1, if it couldn't find any, that would mean they were all done and since you'd be asking to do it again, it would go ahead and grab *limit* with the flag of 2.
I've got to cook, ttyl

Doesn't help the Google API?

The Google API does not provide PageRank.
After thinking about what you said, Casey, it might be cool to sort of cool to check PageRank on one page in the queue each time a frontend page is loaded.
