how to change the text and link color?
i can not locate the main.css file code.
and move the pagerank bar to the right hand side?

the main.css should be in the root folder of your directory.
just a guess, but try in your link.tpl Content visible to registered users only.

The text and link color can be changed from style.css

Moving the pagerank bar can be done by editing link.tpl
