I am experimenting by changing my email setting from phpmail to smtp. I keep getting bounce backs for almost ever link submitted. I notice that my host mentions that I need to "enable SMTP authentication". I don't see this option for V2 - anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind, I realized a short bit ago, I am part of a spammer forging the from address on the spams they are sending. If I'm getting 300 or more returned at a time, imagine how many are going through with my email address.
For those of you that have had or will have this problem, this blurb is taken from spamcop.net forums:
"Spammers forge the email addresses into the "From" addresses of their spam all the time. There is no known method of making them stop. Fortunately, it is very likely to stop on its own in a short time (typically, a few days unless you have gotten the spammer angry at you).
Even more fortunately, no responsible individual or ISP will blame you for the spew. You may get some irate e-mails from those who are truly clueless, but your IP address won't show up on a blocklist for such a forgery."

Welcome to the world of your domain just got noticed. As a host I see people freak out all the time over what just happened to you. It is hard to explain to them that no noone hacked any accounts and no I can't do anything about it as nothing originated on any machine that I control.

Yes, when I read the second part of the blurb, I was set as ease a bit. I was not concerned with the emails, just about my hosting account possibly being affected. But, since this is not the case, we just wait it out, I suppose :)
