some problems in directory

i've got this two problems:

-this problem is in my admin zone, and i can't entry.

make absolutely sure all files are uplaoded.
empty out the /temp/templates folder

yeah, problem 1 solved: delete all the temp/templetes files.
but, the problem 2 continues in submit.
