How many do you need to add?
You could always export the data structure to Excel, and then add them this way.

Go into phpMyAdmin and export the current links table as "CSV for Microsoft Excel". Then go into excel and start adding lines.

I don't believe you told me how many you have.
Also, do you are already have these multiple links in some other database?
Or are you just asking a general question?

If the latter, there is not a good way to do this right now, other than adding them one at a time. It will take a good deal of extra programming to make this feature availble to you.

I'm looking to export the links of the directory and import them into another.

I'm not seeing an option to export in the admin area, do you need a special mod to do this?

If you are working with two phpLD installations, then it should be very easy to do everything through phpmyadmin. Simply export tables and data (.sql) for the category and link tables (and the sequence tables too), and then import into the new directory. This would need to all be done through phpmyadmin.
