problems with numbering pages

Hi, all

I would like to ask someone had problems with numbering pages?
When I click on next page (1,2,3 etc) me redirect to homepage
Example can look here http://www.search-group.com/Business___Economy/Financial_Services/

I already in adminPanel have established on 100 links on page that all links were visible!
