Install?

When I try to run index.php inside install folder, this is what I get:
Content visible to registered users only. (http://img126.imageshack.us/my.php?image=greska9qi.gif)
My php info is:
Content visible to registered users only. (http://img126.imageshack.us/my.php?image=phpinfo7gk.gif)
Any help?

Your PHP Info is actually a long page, not just that top there.

And no, I don't know what your problem is.

Try checking your error log.

Do you plan on having this installed on a hosted account?

Yes I plan to use this directory for my new site but I can't install it localy to checj out admin panel and to make template so I don't know how to do it.

I would personally try on your real server, as if we fix it now and you upload it, it probably wont work there.
