Images, graphics & listings questions

I am looking at purchasing the directory but I wanted to know if images and graphics can be inlcuded in each listing?

Also if setting up a paid directory, is it possible to have various listing levels - with each listing offering the customer more options???

You would definitely need some assistance from a developer. These are not available "out of the box". I know this sort of thing has been done by some others.
