please help...submit page trouble

I was trying to insert some additional text into the submit.tpl file, but when I uploaded it....well take a look at my submit page

I took an unaltered backup file and uploaded it afterwards, but it failed to get the page working right.

What have I done stupid here?:confused:

But if I uploaded an unaltered backup file. why won't it revert to the original state?

clean out your /temp/template/ folder

I emptied the {old demo urls removed}
folder entirely, but still no change.:(

As soon as I read your last reply, I re-uploaded a submit.php backup and it is back to normal. Thank you so much for all your help.

If I am adding some text should it be to the submit.php or submit.tpl?

Yes, the submit.tpl file is the only file I did the changes to.
