Big Problem with text not showing

I have a big problem with my text not showing check out these pages

if you hold down left mouse key and go like your doing a copy and paste you will see what I mean

basically change any color: white or color: #fff or color: #ffffff
except for the background color, to any other color :)

that worked as I just had this template changed over to these color and when I uploaded it it just wasn't showing text and I kept bypassing that :0

glad it helped :) please note that i edited my post probably while you were fixing it :) basically just change any #fff to #000 and that should help with the rest of the items not showing up :)

its showing for me as Ahealthylifestyle4u.com Directory- Latest Articles was looking at wrong section its working now

I put 3 x instead of www so that it wouldn't get indexed ahealthylifestyle4u.com/test/

lol sorry i didn't even notice that *d'oh*
i think i like the way it looks now with the light blue and the black header gives it some contrast...
maybe make the footer similar to the header
