Question on Database

I make a mistake on a template so I deleted the folder and deleted the database both . I did a fresh install and WHY is all the old information there ?? Should have it been deleted like the old Cat. and such from the previous install are there again without me entering them . Where is that coming from ?????? When I normally delete something I have to reinstall it BUT with this script it seems like it is retaing all the inforamtion SOMEWHERE ???

It must be the include/config.php file

I deleted the whole folder that it was in from my server

That file is in the folder if I am correct ??

You realize the "database" is not in any folders, right?
It is located in mysql.

I deleted that also before the new install and make a new user and such or does it save it in the database it self ??

If so now I understand I think new to MYSQL

If the info from the DB was still there, then you simply didn't delete it OR your browser was showing you a cached version.
