Error in Admin

Hello,

I have just installed the phpld to my domain www.creepweb.com while login to admin panel i get following error:

Notice: SmartyValidate: [is_valid] form 'login' is not registered. in /home/content/c/r/e/creepweb/html/libs/smarty/SmartyValidate.class.php on line 274

Notice: SmartyValidate: [validate plugin] form 'login' is not registered. in /home/content/c/r/e/creepweb/html/libs/smarty/plugins/function.validate.php on line 46


Please help have i done anything wrong ?
