can't pass step 1 (installation)

I'm using Apache 2.0.47, PHP 5.05 on a Windows XP machine (local). The installation check looks good: GREEN on all topics.

When i click next: nothing happens. What went wrong?

No, I don't want to downgrade to PHP 4, I need PHP5 on my Server, I love to script the new way.
Yes, i've activated mod_rewrite
Is there any way to get this script running with this configuration?

I am with you... I've searched a lot in this forum but seems no one can help, I want to test te script locally and play around with it so I can manage better when I go live...

The last answer I got was a suggestion to install the script on an online server... :?
