The free phpld list update

I have worked for the free phpld directory list (http://www.submission4u.com/free-phpld-directory.php) for half a year, here (http://www.submission4u.com/blog/2006/12/11/free-phpld-directories/) you can find the update history.

Just updated the pagerank, removed some dead directory. now the free phpld list got PR5 ;)

If you have run a free phpld directory and it is more than 4 months old, please kindly let me know, I would add it on the list. :)
