Default Categories

I am in the process of setting up a directory. Just about every directory I see that uses this software has the same categories and sub-categories. I searched through the forum, but no luck. Is there a set of categories I can import to save me the time of typing them all in?

I found the DMOZ mod, but that is overkill for what I want. Thanks for the help!
