Help?! I bought access but can't access

Hello. I am wondering if anyone can assist me. I bought access to the support thing and the transaction went through fine however what does that mean? It simply made the transaction but nothing was sent to me but a thank you message and a paypal receipt. I'm not sure if I did it wrong and if there is somewhere I go to get a username/password to something or is it just a donation for this forum?? Any advice from a vet would be appreciated. Thanks!
