Submit link not working

I am having two problems. When I go to the submit a link page, complete the form and click Continue, the Submit page reloads. This is happening for both the payment options, and the free reciprocal link options.

I submitted a couple of sample links, but I am not receiving email notification either.

What could be causing this?

The page should refresh and you should see a box that says something like "Link Submitted, submit more sites." The emailer may not be working because you didn't set it up.

It is not displaying "Link Submitted, submit more sites." or anything like this. Also, if choosing the paid link option, shouldn't it be forwarding or redirecting to my Paypal account for payment?

I logged in to the admin, and the links are not showing up under pending links either.

I submitted a question about the setup of the emailer. I am not following how to set it up. Is there a tutorial or manual on how to do this?

When I tested this, since I have no Recip URL it just gives me the message

Content visible to registered users only. Next to the Recip box.

I'm not following what you mean. Did you try the Regular listing option or the Featured Listing option?
