PHP Link Directory installed but where's the template?

Hi,

I posted the following yesterday but it seems to have been removed.
If it wasn't an error, can you please let me know why so I can repost it according to the rules.

I downloladed and installed the script from: http://www.web-designers-directory.org/phpLD-template.php

(peppermint template)
However, although PHP Link Directory successfully installed, there's no sign of the template?
