Almost there... Emails not sending

I am almost done... I submitted a couple of sample links, I received the emails from the form for the pending link placement, but no emails were sent to my other email address for the Submit and the Approval emails.

I'm sure I am missing something minor here, just can't find it.

Any suggestions?
