Pages missing

I have a category I imported a list of phpLD sites on. It's a long list. I have my links set to 20 per page...however, no other pages show up...what I mean is, there is no buttons to click to go to the next page. I have looked at other phpLD sites and I see that this is suppost to happen when there are more links than a pageview is set for. Is there an option somewhere that I am missing?
The numbers show 188 records, but only get to view the 1st 20.

I'm using phpLD 2.0 and vkaryls template.

Can I see a link to the site in question?

I think I know the issue, but not sure until I look at a template file there.

I don't need FTP access as long as you didn't block TPL viewing.
